Nidra Privacy Policy

Nidra is a guided meditation app from Idopter Labs. The app does not require an account and does not include advertising or analytics.

Information stored on your device

Your preferences, meditation history, and optional reflections are stored on your device and are not sent to Idopter Labs. You can clear your history in the app’s Settings. Your device’s backup settings may include app preferences and history. Audio downloaded for offline listening is stored on your device, excluded from device backups, and can be removed in Settings.

Audio streaming and downloads

Meditation audio is delivered from Amazon Web Services. When you stream or download audio, the service processes technical information such as your IP address to deliver the request. Idopter Labs does not retain or inspect audio request IP addresses or request logs. Downloaded audio can be played without another network request.

In-app purchases

Apple processes Nidra Plus purchases through the App Store. The app receives purchase entitlement information from Apple to unlock or restore access on your device. Idopter Labs does not receive your payment card or bank details, and does not receive customer purchase data from Apple outside the app. Apple handles payment information under Apple’s privacy policy.

Your choices

Nidra does not require access to your location, contacts, microphone, or health data. You can control cellular data use in the app, clear your meditation history, remove downloaded audio, or delete the app and its local data.

Changes to this policy

If Nidra’s data practices change, this policy will be updated at this address.
